Mental Health Awareness Month Challenge

1. FOLLOW us on Facebook and Instagram to participate. Each day of May, Shine a Ligh7 will post an action you can take to support your own mental health. 

2. DOWNLOAD our challenge tracker.

4. COMPLETE the daily action.

5. CHECK off the day on the tracker. 

5. At the end of the month, POST your tracker or share it to your story and tag Shine A Ligh7. 

6. Participants who complete at least 15 days of actions and follow step 5 will be entered to win Shine A Ligh7 swag.

Mental Health Awareness Month Sound Bath

Join Shine A Ligh7 at The Yoga Room Edina on May 4 at 2:00pm for a one-hour immersive sound bath experience. Sound baths use the power of sound and music to help you relax, meditate, and breath. Set your intention for Mental Health Awareness Month by taking an hour to ground yourself in a warm and inviting space.

A suggested donation of $25 to Shine A Ligh7 is requested.
